Slept for about 3 hrs on our recent flight - until my kid woke me up to go to the bathroom.Easy to use and it does hold you up nicely, even as a shorter person (5'4"). You can easily adjust how tight it. The flight attendant made a comment about how comfortable it looks - highly recommend!
