This is a must have! I've experimented with various neck pillows, but others lacked sufficient support and tended to shift around. However, this one is a lifesaver! It provides excellent support and keeps my neck warm. I used it on a 16-hour flight, and finally, I could enjoy some good rest. You definitely need to get this one.
