Build quality: Average. It's nicely padded, the buckles snap together well, and the velcro sticks very well. However, nothing about this screams high quality. The mask, while contoured, doesn't block out all light for me; despite the design there's still some light coming through from the nose region. However, it is admittedly minimal. The padding, while nice, just feels like your typical closed cell foam, and not something much denser like a memory foam.Use: Despite the minor design/quality issues, this actually works really well. The dual buckle design allows you to attach it in a variety of ways to a variety of seat heads, and it's actually surprisingly comfy. When I'm resting with this thing there's almost no strain on my neck, even when my head is rolling around; the padding does a good job of supporting my head. It's loads better than the u-shaped travel pillows, and a good chunk smaller than a lot of them (except the inflatable ones).Overall, it's of average quality, but in use it's great. It's definitely made my list for car and airplane rides, and I'm sure my neck will be thankful for it.
