I have a regular neck pillow and a Turtl, but have never had much success sleeping on a plane. Until now. I took this thing on 2 international flights and actually got some shut eye!The seat back has to be the type that has a semi-detached pillow/cushion headrest section so you can fit the adjustable buckle-bands around each side. Then, When you want to sleep, Just unvelcro one or both sides of the mask from the part connected to the headrest and tighten to your liking. This acts a little bit like a weighted blanket; giving your head a hug, keeping it dark, and avoiding having your head flopping forward/from side to side. I even successfully fit the mask around my over-ear noise cancelling headphones (although barely), as the noise cancellation didn't work so well when the headphones sat on top of the mask over my ears. Overall, this is what I will bring on any overnight flights going forward!
