Whilst travelling as a passenger I quite often doze off only to be awakened by nodding donkey syndrome (your head falls forward and you wake with a start). This travel pillow has helped me in my travels by gently restraining my head and allowing me to rest in comfort. The travel pillow is easily secured to the headrest by two adjustable straps, the eyemask which is attached by velcro then allow you to adjust the fit of the pillow to suit. I've only used it in the car so far but I must say that the materials used to make it are very soft and so it is very comfortable to use. The eyemask itself is very effective at reducing light and its contoured memory foam keeps the mask away from your eyes. It comes complete with a drawstring bag in which to store it. I keep mine in the glove compartment so it's always handy.
