I just used this once on my recent flight and it was a game changer! When I fly I usually have a neck cramp and that's why I end up waking up, or falling asleep on the person next to me.This was the best! I had absolutely no neck problems and was able to sleep! The only reason I woke up was because the cushion on the airplane was not comfortable and maybe I never noticed his because my neck was the biggest issue before I started using this. My head/neck is stable, easy to install and uninstall, small when packed. The eye mask adds to the value for when people are using lights or opening/closing the windows. My head did not overheat .I am super happy and can't wait to use it on my flight home.
