I was sceptical when buying this item, wasn't sure if it would do anything, but to my big suprise it did! Before this purchase, I've tried all possible travel pillows, neck turtle wraps, and everything in between, but it never worked and only increased the discomfort experienced during long flights. This pillow, however, does the trick. It attaches to the head rest extension (so the passanged behind you doesn't see it) and 100% stablizes your head. Plus, the eye mask is so soft that it puts you to sleep almost immediately. Another unexpected benefit is that if you are a nervous flyer, this pillow/mask combo really reduces the anxiety, somehow. I am not super comfortable when I fly and tend to react to the slightest turbulance or unusual sound, but this thing really helps me to relax. Like I can feel the plane shaking but because my head is stabilized it doesn't feel that scary anymore. Don't know how to explain it, but it works!Basically, I highly recommend it! You won't regret this purchase.
