I recently used this for a 16 hr non-stop flight and it really made a difference to both my overall comfort level & ability to sleep in economy class. Even though you're sleeping upright, it stops your head from falling forward & is surprisingly comfortable. The eye mask completely blocks out the light & is so soft.The only downside is that you can't use the eye mask alone (I would have loved to have just used this piece for my hotel sleeping) & it does take a little getting used to with adjusting it to feel the most secure.Overall I would highly recommend for long hauls. Money well spent!
