Donut-style travel pillows never work for me and always result in the jarring head drop, so I was on the lookout for something different.So pleased I opted for this design. Rather than a pillow, you’re effectively strapping your head in place to the seat’s headrest, meaning if Velcro-d tightly, your head can’t drop. The whole thing is well padded and works well to block out external light/stimuli.The only downside is it does apply some pressure to forehead area after prolonged wear, and you look a bit eccentric strapping it to the headrest on the plane, but I say this is worth it for 4 hours of sleep!Note that it is only compatible with seats with an attached headrest, don’t think the budget airlines have these, but most long haul flights do.Also packs up to a compact size too!
