I’d highly recommend this product.The head piece is really comfortable, it fastens to the back of a head rest if needed. There are side cushions on either side to block out sound. The eye mask is adjustable and it doesn’t let in light, it’s really soft and comfortable. I don’t usually like eye masks but this one is raised so you can still open your eyes when wearing it
