I read a lot of reviews on this and was skeptical, but having an overnight international flight coming up I figured what is the harm. My husband used it on an overnight flight first and was surprised by how well it worked. I used it on a separate one and was also pleasantly surprised.Only thing I would say, as per the description the seat has to have the wings or it does not work. Also, if you have to adjust the size the velcro is super loud. Otherwise loved it!
