This package includes a travel bag, a padded eye mask and a memory foam head support. The straps are fully adjustable and the length should accommodate most seats. Velcro material used on the outside allows you to adjust it for a good fit while the material is smooth inside where your head will be resting. I particularly like the extra nose bridge flap, which protects and minimizes the wear and tear of the eye mask. It is also effective in blocking out any light, although if you focus on the underside of the mask, you can still catch a gleam of light coming through. I do wear mine with some slack so I can see tightening the fit may resolve that. I think the key is that you can adjust and wear it the way you see fit.Obviously, it was designed with travel in mind, but because it is essentially a "pillow" around your head with an eye mask, there is the potential of using this as a camping pillow or just getting some focused rest around the house.
