It did exactly what it promised and supported my head, completely eliminating any neck strain. Some of the reviews talk about having problems using it, which is why I think they have attached a tag with instructions to the neck cushion.Best of all, if you’re a sweaty person like me, the neck cushion dries very quickly and it is simple to wash. I’m a bit concerned that the hook and loop (velcro) on the mask will loose its grip over time, which is essential for this to work, but I’ve already got my money’s worth as far as I’m concerned.
