I don't give 5 stars easily but this deserves 6. It's super easy to use and comfortable. It attaches to airplane seats without struggle and has several different ways to adjust. I've used this now over 10 times (planes, trains, automobiles) without fail and have been able to sleep with ease. You won't regret this purchase!
