I use this product for a 10 hour flight to Europe. It was easy to put on and takeoff. It takes a little bit of adjustment to get the tension on the eyeshade correct, but once you do it works very well. Your head is held in place, The eye cups block out all light, and it’s soft enough to allow you to turn your head slightly which is nice.Sleeping on a plane is always a challenge, but this product is superior to any neck pillow or neck support I have ever used. It packs up small, and appears to be well-made. It would not work on an airplane or other seat that lacked an adjustable headrest to strap it to, but I have used it on four different airlines, and with the airline headrest it works perfectly.
