This headrest eyemask combo came well packaged with great instructions on the box and on the headrest. The instructions advise to hand wash and air dry before the first use.The material is soft polyester. I think that I will put a thin cotton handkerchief between the mask and my skin when I use it because of my eczema.I will get to test it out on my next trip. Out of the box I am very pleased with my purchase.
