I've tried several types of neck pillows over the years but I always end up nodding off and straining my neck by the time I get off of the plane. I thought that my last purchase, a thicker/higher-walled memory foam pillow (so that my neck won't move or at least not fall so far when I nod off) was the answer to finally getting a neck pillow that works well. I'll admit that it was an improvement, but not the answer. It was still not effective or comfortable. Then I found this wonderful invention. To make an already-long review short....IT WORKS! It's quite comfortable and the best part: It holds my head and neck comfortably in-place. It just works. The eye mask isn't thin and flimsy like the ones they give away on the plane and as an added bonus, the "pillow" part of this item acts as a comfy earmuff-like cushion. I'm very impressed!
