I had this and a few other travel pillow designs on a recent 13 hour international flight. I rotated through all the pillows but kept coming back to this design. Because there was no space to lay down in adjacent seats, this was the most comfortable option for sleeping in a singular seat. It was easy to install and didn't disturb anyone sitting behind me. The material around your head and the eye mask are both thick with plenty of cushion. It basically allows you to relax your neck muscles and holds your head in place so you don't jolt forward or put a crick in your neck laying sideways. It was easy enough to roll it up quickly and put it back in the storage bag. This product allowed me to get plenty of rest on my flight.
