This review discusses my experience with this combination eye mask/neck pillow simply by putting it on at home. I'll update it once I have used it on a plane during traveling. This is quite a novel idea integrating a mask with a neck pillow. I have trouble falling asleep on overnight flights so when I saw this I thought I'd give it a try. It's very comfortable as it has nice smooth material on the neck pillow and soft felt-like material for the eyemask. I tried the eyemask in several different positions and found that I couldn't get it snug enough to completely block out light around the nose area. But I think with my eyes closed I probably won't be able to notice it that much. One minus is that the straps will only work if your seat has a head rest that you can adjust outward on each side. However, I imagine you could use the neck pillow without the straps as well if you put something like a blanket or pillow between the bottom of the neck pillow and your shoulders to keep it from sliding down. You can't use over the ear headphones with this neck pillow because the eye mask is attached over the ears. I did try using my noise canceling earbud headphones underneath the neck pillow - although there was some extra pressure of the earbuds on my ears, but for me that might be more preferable than not having any noise reduction at all.
