i am loving this head rest, the head rest is very comfortable smooth and the straps were over all very nice and sturdy.The head pillow is amazing, i tried it on last week on a very short flight 12 hour flight and thing thing was a life saver! this helped me so much and i cannot say enough!Only draw back is that it looks crazy
