This travel pillow works extremely well, you strap it behind the headrest on the plane, and then around your eyes. It’s a little cumbersome and awkward to set up but once you have it set up, it works extremely well, but via Velcro, I was worried that my head would just fall forward And pull the mask off the Velcro. Surprisingly, the Velcro, extremely strong and kept my head in place. Great item to use on a plane if you want to sleep.
