I have tried every travel pillow out there and this is my favorite hands down. I can actually relax my neck when sleeping and not wake up all stiff and strained. The strapping in of your head allows you to fully relax and not worry about falling onto your seat mate. The velcro is very strong so it won\'t come undone. I can strap this onto car head rests as well with a little criss-crossing of the straps. 5 stars
