I've been using this for several months of intensive air travel and it's been working pretty well. The eye mask here is actually pretty well designed once you figure it out. I separate the eye part from the back part, then connect the back part to the headrest with the loops. Then you sit back with your head against the brown "back section" of the product, put the eye cover over your eyes, and use the velcro to hold it against your face where you want it. Works a charm! You can then remove the eye cover without detaching from the seat by removing the velcro. It actually works really well!
