This head strap is a great idea.I am currently using it in the car and it actually keeps my head from bobbing down.I wouldn't say it's the most comfortable because of the pressure on the front of your face.But if you are are really tired, I dont think it matters.I have yet to take it on a long haul flight but have high hopes on its usefulness.
