It will be a couple of months until I use this on a long international flight, but I'm looking forward to it. Inevitably when I sleep on a plane I slump forward, which wakes me up. I haven't found a neck pillow that prevents it. This seems like it should do the trick, as well as provide decent sound muffling. It's well made and nicely padded. Will attach to a seat with our without a headrest, though I suspect the seat behind you would have to be empty to use this if your seat doesn't have one. It straps across the back of your seat, which most passengers are likely to consider their turf. Otherwise it anchors around your headrest. Also looks pretty intimidating, bound to awe anyone near you! I was sure it wouldn't fit in its bag after I removed it, but it went in without much of a struggle. Takes up a bit of space, but worth it for long flights.
