I’ve never been able to sleep well on international flights until I got this pillow. I have a longer neck and normal pillows. Just don’t cut it for me. This pillow keeps my head right right on it. It has some flexibility to allow you to turn your head if needed. It does require some initial adjustment to fit your head height as it correlates to the headrest on your seat. My least favorite part about this is I’m not able to use my usual noise canceling headset because my ears are covered by the pillow.
