This is a great travel pillow! I was a little concerned that the velcro wouldn't be strong enough to hold the weight of my head if it fell forward, but I took this on several flights and felt very securely strapped in. The eye mask was super comfortable and did an excellent job of blocking out the light. There is a tag on the pillow that shows you how to set up the straps and clips, but for me there was a bit of a learning curve.A couple of things to keep in mind are that if you bring it on an airplane, sometimes the seats don't have the adjustable head rests that you attach the pillow to. The other thing that may be an issue is that the pillow part was nicely cushy and thick, but for my head/neck was almost too much to add to the already existing head rest. So I chose not to use it when I was fully upright and only used it when my seat was reclined, to prevent it from pushing my head too far forward.The pillow also comes with a drawstring bag to store it in, but I kind of wish that they had included a clip or something to help attach it to a purse, backpack, carry-on bag.Overall, this is a great product. 5/5
