I have the basic neck pillow which is bulky and still gives me a kink in my neck when I use it. This is a different design. Since I won't be traveling for a few more weeks, I tried it out on my office chair. The back hooks are adjustable, so it would fit around my head rest without a problem. What I like about this item is that once you have the eye patch on, it keeps your head upright. I'll have to see if I'm able to sleep that way on a plane, but it should keep me from getting that dreaded kink in the neck. It is soft and the eye patch do make it completely dark, so that is good. It's all adjustable to your size head so this should work for just about anyone. The price -- it might be a big higher than I would normally pay, but it's probably in line with other similar items.
