I almost didn’t buy this because of the negative reviews… but it actually worked really well on an international flight. I still used a pillow behind my neck for support. It doesn’t replace a pillow. The buckle/strap system was easy to attach to the “wings” on the headrest. I don’t know how people could get confused by that…
