This is the first time I've tried using this type of travel pillow with a chin strap. I have a bad habit of sleeping with my jaw open when I'm sitting, guess gravity kicks in, and I find it very unsightly. Having this chin strapped head support would prevent that. The strap is entirely adjustable, since both the eye pad and the chin strap is just a velcro attachment. I really like the eye pads, they are comfortable - usually, I find eye masks squish my eyelashes too much, but because this is velcro, I could use it loosely just barely touching my eyes, while keeping the light out. The chin strap can be used on the chin or the forehead. It is comfortable and cushy soft. And if you sleep in this posture, you will not get a sore neck afterwards.
