Just got back from several 10+ hour long flights. Our family had four travel pillows with us and this one was used regularly by my wife. She loved how it not only kept her neck from flopping around, but also acted as an eye shade and blocked out a fair amount of noise as the straps cover your ears. She slept well over 8 hours with this on one flight alone. Please do note that this attaches to the flaps on the upper headrest of an airplane seat -most seats now have this feature, but some older planes do not... and maybe some lower cost carriers don't either. I was also able to get it to work on one bus as well. I'd definitely buy this and this will now be in my wife's carry-on for every trip.
