I wore this on a transatlantic flight and it was wonderful. I think I could have benefited from a neck pillow as well, but even without I got much more sleep than expected because of this thing. I'm not usually an eye mask person, but this one is cushioned around the eyes with space over your actual lids. That way doesn't press on your eyelids and it was very comfortable.
