I recently used this for a 20 hr flight and it really made a difference in my comfort and rest. It keeps you upright and it stops your head from falling forward and also is surprisingly comfortable. The eye mask is so soft and overall it feels like a little hug for your head. The compact size is abig plus and it fits easily into my bag.
