This travel neck pillow combined with eye mask is a great idea to restrain my head from bending forward or sideway during sleep in long flight. I often woke up with neck pain in long flight and found myself leaning sideway with my neck bend. This pillow is designed to be strapped onto the headrest on a plane seat and combining with a eye mask Velcro to tie onto the pillow to keep my head supported in an upright position, therefore, no more neck pain.I tried this pillow at home by strapping it onto my task chair and I found this pillow when combined with the eye mask supporting my head and restraining it from forward and sideway movement, it is very comfortable and relaxing.
