I am usually a window seat patron because I need the support in order to sleep but hate the feeling of a bulky pillow round my neck. This has downsides of course; losing my jacket between the wall and seat, nasty unclean surfaces, ect. This pillow is a great alternative. Allows my head to be set without being around my neck. The velcro type surface on the eye mask is easy to adjust to make it tighter or looser. Very soft cooling fabric. The pillow surface on the rear is quite soft and I was able to use this even with still healing ear piercings without irritating them. It is a little bulkier that my usual inflatable pillow, but for the opportunity to actually get some sleep on my frequent trans-Pacific flights, it is worth making room for.
