I like this travel pillow on a long flight,the neck support is good and kept my head from falling forward or sideway and wake up with a neck pain. It comes with an eye mask, which helped me sleep better.The adjustable strap is useful for keeping the pillow in place on the seat. I didn’t have to keep adjusting it. The pillow is portable and easy to carry around.I liked that it’s not too bulky, so it didn’t take up much space in my bag. The only thing is that it could be a bit softer, but it’s still comfortable. I’m happy with this travel pillow.
