I prefer this SARISUN Travel Pillow over a neck pillow. I love the eye mask and it blocks out all light while leaving my makeup in place with the cupped design. I feel claustrophobic with neck pillows on, so I prefer this style. When it's strapped onto the headrest in the car, it supports my neck nicely. In an airplane, however, there isn't always a place to hook it onto, on the seats. Leaning up against the window works well though.
