I have tried every type of neck pillow to be able to sleep on overnight flights and have never gotten more than 45 consecutive minutes of sleep. I started feeling anxious about this a few weeks before my most recent flight and came back here to see if I could find yet another type of neck pillow. I figured I would give this a try because of the reviews and I ended up sleeping 3 and 1/2 straight hours on that flight! I couldn't believe it. The way the mask works, your head feels almost weightless and it allows you to rest completely. Because the mask detaches completely, it is quite adjustable in terms of pressure and position. I will never go on any flight without this ever again. One note, I have earbuds that are on the larger side and it was not comfortable to strap the mask on with those in my ears. But that isn't a significant factor because the mask itself did reduce the noise around me.
