There's no perfect sleep aid for a flight, but I do have to say this works on par with other, competing types of support. The crux is that you have to have a head rest than can support this. If the attachment reaches over to the other side, this can be a problem for the person sitting behind you. But, other than that, the best part is that you don't do the head bob like you do with the normal neck support. That's the big thing that I like this for.
