This seems like a strange product - until you actually use it to sleep some on an airplane! Combine it with earplugs, and you have a personal "cocoon" where your head is held in place while you sleep (with a nice eye mask). Do make sure that you use it properly and attach it to the headrest properly with the straps, making sure to put the velcro side on correctly so the "eye mask" securely velrcros in correctly. I did not fully understand how to use it (plus it was like 12 AM when I tried to set it up) so it took a bit of trying to get it set up right. The other key is to do your research ahead of time and be sure the airline has a "moveable headrest" to strap this thing to, or else it is pretty pointless. You have to use this with a moveable headrest type seat or it won't work. But once set up, and you velcro your head to the seat, it is time to sleep more easily than you thought possible while jammed in economy seating on your next flight.
