This eye mask is a game changer for flights, especially overnight and international ones. I don’t normal sleep on planes, however, this mask helped me get good sleep and supported my neck while doing so. I am not a fan of neck pillows, so this was a great alternative. The masks completely blocks of light. Highly recommend and it’s easy to use.
