I recently flew from MI to Australia. The flights were 17 and 15 hour long flights. Using this was the only way I could sleep and it was nice knowing my head wasn't going to fall on my neighbor's shoulder.I wish the velcro was a bit stronger as a few times when my head would drop forward it would start to separate the velcro. The velcro also attaches right at ear level, so it is pretty loud in your ears if you aren't wearing ear plugs.
