As someone who has logged 1/2 million international miles in coach. Just wow. No matter how much you side extend the headrest, lean back, and use a neck pillow you occasionally wake up with a head jerk. Not sure how I did not find this gem sooner.Please ignore the video review titled horrible it is not how you use this. My video shows the proper way to attach this pillow, mask, chin strap to a headrest. You store and role up the mask / chin strap the way they came on the back to easily role up to fit into the included convenient travel bag.
