I really love this for long haul flights. I used to try and Jimmy rig something similar by taking bungee cords and hooking them around the airplane headrest and connect to my neck pillow. This finally solves that problem in a much more clean and simplistic way.I was worried that the eye mask would cause too much strain on the eyes. However, it does have padding around each eye socket so that the eyeball itself has space and no direct pressure.The velcro on the sides is also quite strong, so even putting all the pressure of your head leaning forward, it does not remove the connection.I especially love that if you need to get up and go to the bathroom or talk to a child you can simply un velcro the mask without unhooking the whole setup.This is really great design and since I would pay just about any amount of money to have a good sleep on a long haul flight I would say this is definitely worth it!
