We currently use this pillow, on the back of one of our office chairs with flexible 180 degree tilt. Now I personally don't use it too much - the pillow itself is plush and nice on the neck, but I'm usually postured so that I'm not lacking back that often. However, my mother LOVES this pillow. All she does it lean back and lay in the chair, use the pillow as an eye cover and just take a nap right then and there. Again, personally, I don't sleep in my chair that often but if you see this being helpful for your daily life to take a 10-15 minute nap, it's not bad!The price is respectable and the quality is pretty good too. I'm not a big fan of the color and it is a bit flimsy, which makes chair setups looks a bit "meh" to me, but it's not a dealbreaker. Highly recommend if you think you would like it for your office chair!
