I quite regularly fly to the UK from Canada, a long overnight flight. For many years I barely slept, nodding off for short periods, not never really resting.This travel pillow has improved my long haul flights no-end, I love it. It has just the right amount of support for my head and neck without it being uncomfortable. As I'm a light sleeper naturally I love the included eye mask which has made a big difference to my journeys.It does take a few minutes to setup correctly as you can't really test it at home as you need to attach it to your headrest of your plane seat. Once you have it in the right position, it's very comfortable. This travel pillow, together with my noise canceling ear buds, make the red eye flights much more tolerable.
