I got this item as I travel a lot for work.I always find myself waking up on with a bad neck... this has helped loads! Super comfy.Pros - Support for your neck so when you sleep you don't wake up with a bad neck- you can remove the eye patch for a quick release so you can get up, then sit down again and pop it back.- now it's winter it's super snug and keeps me warm while I nap.Cons.- will be far too hot to use in the summer as it wraps around your head,- could feel claustrophobic to some people.- would be nice to have an ear flap so you can still hear a but more.All in all its compact, comfortable, and well made.For me it's a 5 star product for winter.But would use something else over summer.
