Wow… this did the trick on a flight to Europe! It kept my head from lolling to the side or falling forward. The eye mask pillows did not push my eyelids (there was an oval cushion around each that allowed me to blink). Better than any neck pillow I’ve tried. Highly recommend to other travelers!
