This is so much more convenient to tote around than my other travel pillows. It was very easy to pack and didn't take up much space in my carry on. I followed the instructions and it was quick and simple to set up. I like that it allows me to sleep sitting upright without having to disturb the passenger behind me when reclining my seat. It also kept my head from leaning to one side, which prevents any neck pain. It was nice not having anything around my neck like a traditional neck pillow. The eye mask wasn't too tight either. I'm pretty happy with this.
