I've tried many of those airplane pillows and I have to say this is the best one. No matter how "revolutionary" the other ones are, gravity always pulls your head down and you end up with neck pain. This one, if attached properly holds your head up right and prevents your head from hammering in all sorts of direction. Gonna have to get a second one of these for my wife for sure!
